Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ND Global Media is a film company based in Los Angeles, California. This policy covers ndglobalmedia.com and its subpages, and it explains what we collect from visitors, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

2. What we collect

We collect the information you choose to submit through the forms on our site. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, company, product category, budget range, and your message or note, and on our investor page, your answers to a short questionnaire (such as accredited investor status, investment range, and timing). It also includes your phone number if you choose to give us one.

We also receive basic technical data from our hosting logs, such as IP address, browser type, and which pages were requested. That data is used to keep the site running and secure.

We also use the analytics and advertising tools described below, which collect usage data through cookies and similar technologies. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

3. Analytics and advertising tools

We use a small number of third-party tools to understand how visitors use the site and whether our advertising works. They collect technical and usage data such as the pages you view, clicks and scrolling, device and browser type, approximate location based on your IP address, and the ad or link that brought you here.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Meta Platforms). These tell Meta when a visitor who came from one of our Facebook or Instagram ads views a page, submits an inquiry, or books a call, so we can measure and improve our ads. When you submit a form, we may also send Meta your email address, phone number, and name in hashed (encoded) form so Meta can match the action to our ads. You can control how Meta uses this data for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

Google Analytics (Google). Traffic and conversion reporting. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft). We work with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to see how you use and interact with our site through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, so we can improve the site and market our services. This usage data is collected with first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies, and is also used for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. Vercel Web Analytics (our hosting provider). Aggregate page view counts, without cookies.

Our own event log. We record which steps of our investor questionnaire a browser session reaches, with the ad campaign it came from, so we can see where people stop. It uses a random session id and does not store your name, email address, or phone number.

4. How we use it

We use what you send us to respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and communicate with you about film and brand-partnership matters, and to measure our advertising as described in section 3.

Our email service providers and our CRM process form submissions on our behalf so that we can reply to you and keep track of the conversation. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

5. Text messaging (SMS)

Consent to receive text messages is collected on our website through an optional checkbox that appears after you enter your phone number. The checkbox is unchecked by default, and it stays unchecked unless you check it yourself.

Providing a phone number, or agreeing to receive text messages, is never a condition of doing business with us. You can contact us, book a call, and work with us entirely by email.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, and reply HELP for help. You can also email us to be removed from text messaging at any time.

We share phone numbers only with the messaging providers that deliver our texts, and only so that those messages can be sent to you.

6. Retention and your choices

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them for the conversation and for our ordinary business records. When we no longer need them, we delete them.
