1. Who we are
ND Global Media is a film company based in Los Angeles, California. This policy covers ndglobalmedia.com and its subpages, and it explains what we collect from visitors, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
2. What we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit through the forms on our site. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, company, product category, budget range, and your message or note. It also includes your phone number if you choose to give us one.
We also receive basic technical data from our hosting logs, such as IP address, browser type, and which pages were requested. That data is used to keep the site running and secure.
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.
3. How we use it
We use what you send us to respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and communicate with you about film and brand-partnership matters. That is the whole purpose of our forms.
Our email service providers and our CRM process form submissions on our behalf so that we can reply to you and keep track of the conversation. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
4. Text messaging (SMS)
Consent to receive text messages is collected on our website through an optional checkbox that appears after you enter your phone number. The checkbox is unchecked by default, and it stays unchecked unless you check it yourself.
Providing a phone number, or agreeing to receive text messages, is never a condition of doing business with us. You can contact us, book a call, and work with us entirely by email.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, and reply HELP for help. You can also email us to be removed from text messaging at any time.
Phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.
We share phone numbers only with the messaging providers that deliver our texts, and only so that those messages can be sent to you.
5. Retention and your choices
We keep form submissions for as long as we need them for the conversation and for our ordinary business records. When we no longer need them, we delete them.
